Many thanks to Larry and his wife for opening up the historical society while my family made attempts to locate our relatives. Larry was a great help with providing information regarding the Zabel/Gunther family. This was a wonderful experience and the historical society was a great resource. Our great great grandfather Charles Zabel was in Kewanee and a wagonmaker that came up to Faribault Minnesota. Two of the Zabel's women married Gunther men and started Peter Pump factory. We would not have found this out had not it been for Larry opening up on a day they were closed. Much appreciated from Minnesota.
