My car was vandalized and I took it here for repair. I spoke to Jim several times on the phone and twice in person while my car was there. Jim was rude and condescending every time we spoke, from hello to goodbye. There are plenty of other repair shops in town I will be giving my business to going forward in hopes that I won't get talked down to and disrespected. In no way should someone treat people, much less customers, like that.
My semi and I broke down at 11pm. The call out driver came within an hr, hooked up and dropped me off at a hotel. I highly recommend these guys.
Very professional!! Driver helped me get out of a sticky situation. Then towed me back to there shop and repaired my semi. Highly recommend this company.
Had several vehicles towed using Hodges. And one vehicle repaired. Great company. Up front pricing no hidden fees pleasure to do business with. Driver was well trained and on time. Thank you Hodges towing and repairs. I will do business with you again.
This was the worst experience of my life. The driver was rude and would not answer any questions. They overcharge and have hidden fees. They towed my sons car would not let me get it the same day, and then charged 2 days storage when it was there less than 24 hours. The driver told me I'd be charged for one day and the office didn't care what he said. Towed my son's car 1 mile and charged $225.57 dollars. 70 of which was storage because they held the car hostage!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS
